  • Exchange Rates: For our customers in Germany, please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion rates and fees. symor.shop is not responsible for any additional charges or differences in the final amount caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Product Description: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our pet collars. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

As your order is shipped from our international fulfillment centers to Germany:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
