1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We specialize in delivering our high-quality pet collars to our customers in Germany. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-13 business days.
  • Currency: All shipping rates are charged in USD.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or international logistics issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

symor.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our customers in Germany, please be aware that your package may be subject to Import VAT or Customs Duties as per EU regulations. These are collected by the local postal service or customs office.

5. Damages

symor.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently focus our operations on the German market. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly in English or the local format to avoid delivery failures.
